Commit / Best / Pipeline — weighted by Opus, not gut feel.

Every open deal gets a nightly Opus score: 0–100. Commit (80–100), Best (50–79), Pipeline (0–49). Weighted forecast = Σ(amount × AI score / 100). Re-baselines every night. Per-rep, per-brand, per-source.
